We are delighted to invite you to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Medical Women’s Society. This year’s meeting will be held in person on 23rd November, from 10 am to 1 pm, at the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre.

AGM Details:

  • Date: 23rd November 2024
  • Time: 10 am – 1 pm
  • Location: Queen Victoria Women’s Centre, 210 Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000
  • Attendance: Open to all VMWS members
  • Cost: Free (includes lunch and beverages)

Agenda:

  1. Welcome, In Attendance, Apologies, Honours, Deaths
  2. Acceptance of Minutes from the 2023 Annual General Meeting
  3. Business Arising from the 2023 AGM
  4. Executive Reports: President, Treasurer, and Secretary for 2024
  5. Nomination and Election of Office Bearers & Committee

We will also announce the recipient of the Constance Stone Oration Award.
