Dear VMWS Members,

We are delighted to invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Medical Women’s Society. This year’s meeting will be held in hybrid format on 30th November, from 10 am to 12 pm.

AGM Details:

• Date: 30th November 2025
• Time: 10 am – 12 pm
• Location: Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre (to be confirmed), plus Zoom
• Attendance: Open to all VMWS members
• Cost: Free (includes morning tea for those in person)

1. Welcome, In Attendance, Apologies, Honours, Deaths
2. Acceptance of Minutes from the 2024 Annual General Meeting
3. Business Arising from the 2024 AGM
4. Executive Reports: President, Treasurer, and Secretary for 2025
5. Nomination and Election of Office Bearers & Committee

We will also announce the recipient of the Constance Stone Oration Award.
