Orientation Session
- Introduction to VMWS, including a brief history and our mission.
- Learn about committee roles and responsibilities.
- Address questions, with time allocated for follow-up planning and handovers if required.
Strategic Planning Discussion
- VMWS branding and focus areas for 2025.
- Sponsorships and strategic alliances.
- Enhancements to the website and social media presence.
- Member recruitment and retention strategies.
- Setting key dates for newsletters, committee meetings, and events.
- Open forum for other business and ideas.
