This educational and informative session will feature a panel of distinguished medical women leaders who will share their experiences, achievements, and insights.

- Panel Discussion: Hear from a panel of esteemed women leaders in medicine as they share their remarkable achievements and perspectives on the current state of medical leadership. Learn about the barriers that exist for women in medicine and discover strategies to cultivate leadership skills.
- Interactive Q&A: Engage directly with our speakers during a dynamic Q&A session. This is your opportunity to ask questions and delve deeper into the topics discussed.
- Networking: Enjoy drinks and canapés while networking with fellow attendees and speakers. This event provides a unique chance to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Intimate Setting: As always, we aim to create a safe space where members and invited speakers feel free to hold an intimate, no-holds-barred discussion. Please note that this event will not be recorded, so be sure to attend and experience the conversation firsthand.
- Dr. Jill Tomlinson: Plastic and reconstructive surgeon, President of AMA Victoria, and leader in VMWS, AFMW, and RACS.
- A/Prof Magdalena Simonis AM: Leading General Practitioner in Australia with roles in RACGP and AFMW; recipient of the Order of Australia (AM).
- Dr. Janice Yeung: Clinical Unit Head of Intensive Care Services at Bendigo Health.
- Dr. Bridget Clancy: Rural Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon, Chair of the Rural Surgery Section, and Vice Chair of the Rural Health Equity Steering Committee at RACS.
- Dr. Olivia Ong: Rehabilitation Pain Medicine Specialist, medical leadership coach, and mentor.
