Nominations must be in writing and should be signed by the candidate and if applicable, seconded by a member of the Committee (if you do not know a member of the Committee, please leave that section blank). Please find a nomination form here.
Each candidate is asked to submit a written statement, not exceeding 1 page, and CV in support of their nomination.
