Last call for applicants to the purple leaves bursary!
Like last year, we are offering several $1000 bursaries to assist a medical student or recent graduate who identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to further their medical career, through or presentation at meetings, or other relevant activities. We have been very grateful to AIDA in 2021 for promoting and supporting the AFMW Purple Bush Medicine Leaves Programme, with a majority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Medical women including senior representatives from AIDA contributing to our selection panel and providing valued advice.

The Australian Federation of Medical Women Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Purple Bush Medicine Leaves 2022 Bursary Dates:
- Applications Open: Monday 23 May 2022
- Applications Close: Monday 20 June 2022 CLOSING SOON
- Applicants Advised: Applicants will be advised of the selection panel’s decision Monday 4 July 2022
